Experienced Leadership Delivering Results for Our Community
  • Mother of two middle-school students attending USD 383.

  • Masters in Public Administration and Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Kansas State University.

  • Knowledgeable about school continuous improvement and federal/state/local policies and funding that influence the delivery of education. 

  • Experience providing capacity building services that improve student outcomes to state and local education agencies in Colorado, Kansas, and Missouri. Projects have focused on topics including 

    • accreditation

    • formative assessment

    • social emotional learning

    • Grow Your Own educator programs, and

    • leadership development

  • Previously worked at K-State’s Office of Educational Innovation and Evaluation delivering strategic planning and evaluation services for a wide variety of education programs across the nation.

  • Early career experiences directing several non-profit agencies and leading projects in

    • early childhood education

    • youth substance use prevention

    • arts-based summer and after school programs, and

    • a variety of community-based projects to support student success in school.
