Masters in Public Administration and Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Kansas State University.

Knowledgeable about school continuous improvement and federal/state/local policies and funding that influence the delivery of education. 

Experience providing capacity building services that improve student outcomes to state and local education agencies in Colorado, Kansas, and Missouri. Projects have focused on topics including 

• accreditation

• formative assessment

• social emotional learning

• Grow Your Own educator programs, and

• leadership development

Previously worked at K-State’s Office of Educational Innovation and Evaluation delivering strategic planning and evaluation services for a wide variety of education programs across the nation.

Early career experiences directing several non-profit agencies and leading projects in

• early childhood education

• youth substance use prevention

• arts-based summer and after school programs, and

• a variety of community-based projects to support student success in school.
